Declare enum on state variable.

• understand difference between global(declared within the smart contract & EVM), state(declared outside function) and local variables(declared within a function).
• Enum is a state variable that could be like a boolean with true or false but has its own tweak in it.
• declared through an index the way we index arrays. Enum is a reference type. Value isn’t stored by itself but it's pointing to what stores the value. Point to where data is stored. (pointing to where pending, rejected, and accepted is stored)
• understand the difference between reference, data & value types.
• declare enum then point to its reference point
• difference between constant and immutable contract(to be covered ahead)
• reference types are declared where they’re being stored
